About Maison Tanneurs
Maison Tanneurs sells full-grain leather goods made by hand in Marrakech and shipped worldwide. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, or payment cannot be verified — any payment taken is refunded in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in euros and may change between editions; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
Production and shipping
Pieces ship from the Marrakech atelier — see the Shipping page for times and customs. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Thirty days, unused and undamaged, with original packaging — see the Returns page for the full process.
Intellectual property
All photography, text, and designs on this site belong to Maison Tanneurs and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece.
